Description:
I should be able to download a plugin for IE and install it so that it puts a link say "A" beside Help in the menu bar. On clicking on this 'A' link should give me a drop down menu with - connect, About Us options. On clicking connect from the drop down menu the IE window should be replaced by a new one with no IE bars and a custom bar of mine. (The status bar should be visible - so no fullscreen).
I will provide the categories after you win the bid. Please bid only if you know that you can write this.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done with comment lines.
2) Instructions on how to add / remove new categories.
3) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
4) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
