Very active in his responses, I never had to wait more than five minutes or so for a response, and often, I got one much sooner (except in the middle of the night while I was still working)! He was always very clear in his requests and comments - offering helpful hints, suggestions, and ideas while on the road to completion of the project. Mr. Krogmann's high standards mean that when a job is complete, he won't be coming back for help (i.e. tech support will probably not be required).
