     Allows the user to have a poll on their site. This also limits voting to once per IP.

i could vote for one thing redial and 
vote another time.

I haven't forgotten that at all. Think 
about this though. Say your IP is 
250.250.250.125. If I make it so that 
when your IP changes, you still can't 
vote I'd have to block 250.250.250.*. 
This would mean ANYBODY else on your IP 
block couldn't vote just because you 
voted. If a person wants to keep 
dialing in and voting, then that's 
their business. I mean, that's a nickel 
a call...so they're losers anyway.
I 
made it like that for a purpose, I 
didn't forget it at all. :)

I got a problem, I set it up on 
http://anox.f2s.com/fatness/poll/poll.ph
p and when I vote it records my IP as 
127.0.0.1, which stops everybody from 
voting, I could remove the ip record, 
but I wanted that.
Any 
Ideas?
