It will provide the user with information about what will happen before they click on a link as well as navigational help. Not to mention that it looks cool. If you scroll down too much the message
will be out-of-view, the farther you
scroll down, the higher up it gets, if
you go about 20 <br> down, no message,
i am a vb programmer, so maybe you can
fix this, i already tried, and it
didn't work too well, besides that good
job.
