      The Following code has 3 aspec's of image Resizeing. I have covered just about all need's First you have the On the Fly IMage resizeing. This keeps you from filling up your hd with alot of small pics they add up you know. Second you can make a small pic at of a larger one and save it anywhere you give the aspnet user permision to write to... and lastly. you can call your page directly and fill in the box's Any question feel free to comment. This is my first Submision So Please Let me KNow what you think. 1 last thing. Dont Forget to Change the web Config File to point to the Right Place.

IMHO your 
code is messy - it gets the job done, 
but is a bit hard to grasp at a glance. 
Lots of comments though which is great! 
In C# you can use /// - before a 
function, and VS will automaticly 
insert comment fields for your 
function. I can imagine there is a 
corresponding functionality for 
VB.Net.<br> My personal prefference is 
to use clearer variable names(ie: not 
single letter names).
