Description:
Produce a DirectX 8.1, VB project that will allow a user to replace the audio in an MPEG or AVI file with another audio file.
If the sound file is longer than the video the user should have the option to pad the video or clip the audio.
The user should be able to preview the results before saving to disk.
Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional Visual Basic 6 project using the DirectX 8.1 SDK. If external components are required they must be written in Visual C++ using the DirectX 8.1 SDK and the workspace and project files must also be included. Projects and/or workspaces that will not build on our development machines will not be considered as complete.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased as well as an intellectual property release.

Windows 98, NT-4, 2000, ME, XP
Special Conditions / Other:
Must be completed with one week of acceptance.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

Hello Jeff. DirectShow doesn't include filters for MPEG encoding (I mean file format not the compression technology). So the output will be AVI file. I will create an ability to select both audio and video codecs for compression. |
