Description:
Write a query for MSQuery in SQL that will filter a table for the first occourance of a value and ignore the consecutive equal values of that value. The best way that I can explain it is that I need to know when values change state. See the attached example table and desired results.
I am working in Excel and using MS Query to query a database.
Deliverables: SQL code that will produce the results shown in my example.
