Description:
Write a console application that converts the input numeric amount and outputs the word equivalent of the amount. For example, the amount 112.43, should be written as (one hundred twelve and 43/100). Assume that the input dollar amount is at most the amount in the second sample run shown below.
Sample runs for this program:
1)Enter the amount 102.59
one hundred two and 59/100
2)Enter the amont 2147483647.99
two billion one hundred forty seven million four hundred eighty three thousand six hundred forty seven and 99/100.
Comment: This is my first project in C++ object-oriented programming. So I don't need it to advanced (make it as simple as possible). I need this program completed within the next day or two, thanks.

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
