Description:
I am looking for a program that will detect what the mouse clicked on. This program will have to return what was clicked (icon, folder, toolbar, menu selection, minimize, maximize, combo box, text box, form and so on) the height, width and mouse location of what was clicked will also need to be returned. The Mouse location needs to be the starting point to place a box around the clicked item.
Example: If I clicked on an icon that loaded notepad I this is what I should see..
Mouse Location: Top = 100 Left = 112
Mouse Clicked On: Icon
Icon Width = 32
Icon Height = 32
I should then be able to take the Top and Left coordinates and draw a box around the Icon.
Top + Height = 132 and Left + Width = 142
If I click on a menu choice “File” I should get:
Mouse Location: Top = 100 Left = 112
Mouse Clicked: Menu Choice “File”
Menu Choice “File” Width = 35
Menu Choice “File” Height= 10
I should then be able to take the Top and Left coordinates and draw a box around the File.
If I choose something on the drop down menu “save as” I should get:
Mouse Location: Top = 150 Left = 110
Mouse Clicked: Menu Choice “Save As”
Menu Choice “Save As” Width = 35
Menu Choice “Save As” Height= 10
I should then be able to take the Top and Left coordinates and draw a box around the Save As.
This program will need to use Visual Basic WIN32 API and must work on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP systems. A C++ DLL can be use but must be accessed from a VB app.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Hello, I have gone through the information you have provided. I would like to work on this project as it matches with the skills set and experience I have had in past.
In past we have devloped one application in that this concept required. In that they have to add and change color of the clicked portion.
Also the application is stay resident in taskbar.
I have an extensive amount of knowledge in Visual basic, Visual c++. I have already developed this kind of application in one of my previous project. I have been programming Visual Basic, managing application development, and engineering for last 6 years. I am always interested in a challenging work where my practical experience and technical skills can work in unison to make a positive impact and meet highest expectations.
