Description:
I need a web-based (Perl/PHP/ASP/MySQL/Whatever) sequential autoresponder/mailing list server.

The nearest examples I can find are Win32 programs called Promasoft Autoresponder (http://www.autoreplying.com) and Mailloop (http://www.mailloop.com)

I need a server-side version of these written in your preferred language but it must run from either a flatfile or MySQL database.

Its feature list must be comparable to either (or both) of these packages ... check the websites out for example of the features I need ...

Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

Some basic documentation would also be needed and complete copyrights to all work purchased.

There will be an initial payment of US$850 split into two payments of $400 and $450 upon completion of the project plus a percentage (to be negotiated) of the net profits for the first year.

Platform:
It needs to be able run primarily on Linux/Unix servers - NT/2000 if poss.

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
May 1, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements. We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.

Are you using sendmail? As per my experince, if filtering is done out of sendmail address space(using PHP/.. etc), it does affect the performance, specially when you have traffic of say 200+ mail per sec. Features like, Filtering(Do you want it like the way HotMial does it?), Auto responders, and auto forwarding will dequire good database(mySQL atleast).
Let me know if you are intrested. Also do mention the features you are intrested in, and I missed out here.
Regards
DeoValente

Hi,
As per your comment I am posting this bid for 450$. Do let me know about new schedule and deadlines for the project. Also we can discuss how to devide it in two phases. Actually it is good to devide this in two phases as I feel this can be monitered better this way.
Thanks and Regards
DeoValente
