Description:
I need someone to write me a Visual Basic 6.0 module. The module should have 2 public sub routines. One should be able to extract the icon of the passed exe file and save it as a .ico file at the specified location.

The other sub routine should be able to replace the icon of any passed exe file to that of the specified .ico file. I need this to be done asap. The lowest bidder within the next 24 hours will be choosen. The module should not use any external DLLs but just plain simple VB (api calls if needed). Remember, the exe file could be any compiled exe file

Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
