Description:
This project involves a dartboard that has been interfaced with an 8031 max system. The output will consist of two numbers, the first will be the value of the number hit and the second will be a 0,1,2,or 3, this is for a single, double, and triple. This can be used to multiply the first number for a score and to identify which section on the board has been hit. Thses values will be outputted to the serial port. I need a program that will take these values and put them into a score with players names and a picture of a board where the section lights up when hit. Preference will be given to those who are rated.
Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. A simple test program will be needed where half the money will be delivered upon receipt. This will help with our 8031 programming.
Special Conditions / Other:
I would like the test program within one week.

Hi,
I would quite like to work on this project with you. Communication through the serial port seems quite easy in VB, using the MSComm control, and I would not have any problems with the graphics part.
I should be able to get a test program for receiving the data from the serial port done in a couple of days. One question, will you be requiring the rules of darts to be included in the final product?
Thanks, Martin |
