Description:
Design a program that assigns seats to a Passanger Airline. "Regional Airline" services from Denver, CO to 4 other cities. Each of their units is a 30 seater with 10 ROWS & 3 COLUMNS. First 3 Rows = First Class and last 7 Rows = Coach Class. (1) If a passenger seat is already occupied by another, the person should be placed in the same row, if possible, starting from the left side (Lowest Seat #). (2) If the requested row is full, the passenger should be seated as far forward as possible. In the requested column BUT WITHIN the requested section. THERE IS NO SWITCHING OF SECTIONS (first/Coach). (3) If the request using 1 & 2 connot be honored, the passenger should be assigned the first avaliable seat starting from the front and left side of the requested section going across each row until a vacant seat is found. (4) First & Coach class request must be honored. If there are no seats in the requested section, the passenger's name goes on a WAITING LIST for the next flight.------------------------------The 4 cities serviced from Denver, CO - Flight Numbers: 1. Casper, Wymoing-1010 2. Amarillo, Texas-1030 3. Santa Fe, New Mexico-1020 4. Rapid City, South Dakota-1040. The numbers of return flights to Denver, CO are the same except you add 5 to the appropriate number. ex: Santa Fe to Denver would be 1025.
Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.----------------------------------------INPUT FILE: WILL EMAIL THE WINNING BIDDER. The INPUT is read from a: Drive under the file name DATA1. You may assume all the data is valid. The input file consists of an UNKNOWN number of passenger record. Each record has the format of: 6723 1045 C 8 M (Passenger's assigned boarding #, flight #, requested first/coach class, requested seat row and requested seat column). Both the boarding & flight #'s will be 4 digit integers. The class First = F & Coach = C. The row #'s between 1 and 10. The column 1, 2 and 3 will be represented by L, M and R respectively. A SENTINAL of a negative value for the passengers boarding # will indicate the end of the INPUT FILE. If there are any empty seat(s) left on a flight, a NEGATIVE value of -999 is to be assigned to the unused seats. If there is no waiting list, the message - THERE IS NO WAITING LIST FOR THIS FLIGHT is to be printed out in the place of the actual waiting list. Use ONE waiting list, list for first & coach class. You can expect no more than 50 total waiting list passengers. ---------------------------------OUTPUT FORMAT: WILL EMAIL THE WINNING BIDDER. After each seating chart, the message END OF SEATING CHART must appear Each seating chart must appear ona seperate age of OUTPUT. After the last seating chart has been printed, the message END OF PROGRAM OUTPUT IS TO BE PRINTED. ***HE PROGRAM SHOULD STORE THE OUTPUT ON THE A: DRIVE UNDER "CHARTS"*** ***************************************************************************WILL EMAIL ALL THE DESCRIPTION, DELIVERABLES, INPUT FILE & OUTPUT FORMAT TO THE WINNING BIDDER - ALL THAT IS REQUESTED HERE IN A STEP BY STEP & READABLE FORMAT -ALL THIS INFORMATION THAT IS PROVIDED HERE CAN BE CONFUSING BECAUSE IT IS GLUED TOGETHER.******************************************************************

Shouldn't be a problem.
I can't say my knowledge of American geography is anything special but from your description, that shouldn't matter(?)
