Description:
create an applet that inputs a book request.include prompts and text fields for the coustomers name and phone number for the title and author of the book. An "order" button should display the coustomer name on one line and phone number on the next line followed by the book information. include an identifier on each line: coustomer , phone, title, and author followed by colons and the appropriate informatio. Also clear the text field.

include my name Muhammad in the label in the applet. I will test the applet by opening up the htm file directly in a browser. You should test the program in the same way to verify that the applet will work outside of the jbuilder environment

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
