My requirements for the user interface will be basic --- we need a way for staff to be able to sign out the vehicle making sure that the system will not allow them to sign out the vehicle during time when someone has it signed out. There should be a means by which someone can see a vehicle sign out report based on a period of time and which vehicle is signed out. We also need to be able to allow a supervisor to maintain this system, with the ability to un-signout the vehicle through deletion, etc. There should also be a way that users can see at-a-glance current vehicle signouts so that they can determine when to sign one out. Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
