Description:
Modify the proc in the MS DirectX SDK sample that saves an uncompressed AVI file so that it can be saved using a compression codec.

I created the same thing in C++ developing Video survelliance system. I can easily make it in VB using DirectX 8.0 so that the program will be able to use any codec registered in a system (ASF, MPEG-4, DIVX, etc).
