Will open ssh for upload. This project should be quick & simple step by step process. 1. Coder will create appropriate mysql table for member personal data. e-mail, name, mailing address , comments 2. Coder will also code in PHP4 the following: 1. Take the new member entered data from the form on the left and place info in the mysql membership table. 2. Info in the player position #1 (upper right of form) will be emailed to new member (at the end of modificationn process). 3. Info in player position #2 will move to #1. 4. Info in player position #3 will move to #2. 5. New members data will be placed in position #3. 6. The modified pdf file will be saved on server & emailed to the new member combined with info in #1. That will end the coding for this phase of the project. More will follow. If config changes are required for changing the pdf file on the fly with php I will handle the config.
