Description:
- Navigation must be NS 4.7+, NS 6.0 + and IE 5+
- Will be using images with links associated with them.
- Must be able to do the following
- Easily add new menu items and Sub menu items.
- Commented very well to let me know what&'s going on with the script.
- Will be used throughout the entire site.
- Example of what the menu should do is here: <A href="http://www.gs.com">http://www.gs.com</A> I want the same thing in terms of effects, mouse over with top linkable and sub menu items linkable. I also need this menu on all pages, the preview of this menu is available at a testing location: <A href="http://charlielagond.com/layout/">http://charlielagond.com/layout/</A> , a previous coder attempted to do this by making this (very good, but not the onMouseOut) This is the exact look I want. <A href="http://charlielagond.com/layout/testmenu.HTM">http://charlielagond.com/layout/testmenu.HTM</A>
- I need the coder to NOT kill the look and feel of the site, or kill the existing code already in place, I need them to also consider the fact that it's aligned to the right of each page and from the TOP a certain pixel. Materials for this project is located all on that link.
I will require a sample snippet of code to see how determine your coding practices, I will NOT accept work that appears or is a hash of someone else's work. Attach your commented scripts along with your bid.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
.JS, DHTML, ASP and whatever else you are comfortable with.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I will provide you with a revised version that could add menu/submenu easily. Instructions and comments will also be provided.
