Hi,
I've made a very small and rough example for you. It shows that it's possible to save and retrieve the RTF data from a database, and also to save data to the DB. This uses a simple Data control, but if you accept my bid, I will change it to ADO/DAO. (so no extra custom ocx is needed)
To answer your first question: Yes, it's possible, but you'll need some dll's. These are different for the Access97 version, and Access2k version of databases. If you accept my bid I will explain in more detail =-)
Hope you like it,
Almar Joling
