Your task will be to goto a given url, download the file, and try to run the app. There is an elusive bug that prevents some machines from running the file. Report what you find. You will also need Acrobat reader 5 or up. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. As I am currently an instructor in opertating systems (and therefore not making my living from this work) you can be sure that I will keep my fees low for this and any future work.  This will not, however, come at the expense of the quality of the work.
