Insert into destination file if the Pre selected Index record in the source shows mismatch in the destination to avoid duplication of data. Insert where not in destination file and update if index1 (source) matches Index2 (destination) This product is going to be used to update pricelists from or partners into our invoicing system. I can do it in ASP, Visual Basic and/or Visual C++. I recommend Visual Basic if you want a GUI Application, quickle and cheap.
