Description:
I need a software application that allows me to simulates the pressing of a series of keys on the keyboard... but by pressing just one key.

Here's why:

I have about files that need to be edited, and they all need the same thing done to them.

I can open up Paint Shop Pro, and open each file and
do this...

Ctrl + R
Enter
Shift + Ctrl + 0
Alt + C , G
Shift + B
Enter
Shift + S
Enter
F12
Enter

And I get the result I want. So, I can either do these manually, or set up some sort of "macro key" that will
automatically perform the sequence that I set up. (And that I can edit as needed.)

So what I need is an application that when I press a certain button (like F7 or something), it will follow
whatever keyboard sequence I've set up (such as the one above) for each file that I open.

It's like simulating a "macro" that allows you to perform multiple functions with a single keystroke.

I hope that makes sense. If it doesn't, please don't bid!

Also - when I set up the sequence to "program", it needs to support a one-second [pause] function, because some of the operations above (Shift + Ctrl + 0, for example) take a couple of seconds to perform.
So part of the sequence might be...

Ctrl + R
Shift + Ctrl + 0
[pause]
[pause]
Alt + C

By the way, I'm sure you realize that the plus sign (+) indicates that the two keys would be pressed simultaneously.

Any other questions, please let me know. I'm kind of in a hurry on this one, so the quicker you can do this, the more attractive your bid will be.

Thanks!

Hi,

I can do this for you. It will take me about 30 minutes. I've worked on very similar programs for my own personal use, and also for several commercial programs that I've written.

Regards,
Daniel
