Description:
I currently own a website that I would like to duplicate. I have attached all the files that currently make up my site, but I am looking for 2 new designs for it. You are allowed to use the exact same text and whatever graphics you can salvage from the site on the new ones.
This should be a fairly quick and easy job.
Here are my few requirements.
1) The new sites should not have the website name built in to the graphics. I would like any reference to the website name to be in text so it can be easily changed for whatever domain name I pick for the site.
2)I would like to keep the Flash intro we designed at the top of the site for both new designs you will make.
3)Colors for both sites should be able to change easily, maybe using CSS style sheets would be best.
4)I am basically looking for 2 professional looking websites that are flexible enough for me to change easily.
There is no database design needed and the text is already created for you. All you have to do is the design work and copy the text, flash, tables, etc into it. The site is currently 14 pages total, and that can remain the same. Even the links and the page names can remain the same.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) No broken links whatsoever

Any, IE 4.0 is a must

This bid request includes IMPORTANT additional attached files. Please download and read fully before bidding.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
