The coder should be well versed in all of these languages and programs. I would like to hold meetings every Wednesday and Thursday night between 8pm -12pm Pacific standard time for the next 5 weeks, using Microsoft Messenger. During those meetings you should be able to answer any question I may have about the studies I've done over the course of the week.
