Database Inventory Program
I need a program in Visual Basic that will interact with an Access Database file.
I need the following completed.
- Add New Entry
- Delete Entry
- Modify Entry
- Disable Entry
- Enable Entry
Entries Make up of the following..
- Name string(255)
- Description long text
- CodeID int(5)
- LocationID string(255)
I need a search feature.. This is very important. This feature needs to have a text box, were you type in text, select which field to search, and hit GO. It should then display the results in a nice data spread sheet type view, from which you can click on one of the entries and see the complete information. The results should also be sortable by any of the 4 fields.

UPDATE:
Thanks to everyone who has placed a bid on this auction. I forgot to include a few things, most minor which should effect the real cost of the program.. but one that may.
- This program CANNOT use any 3rd party controls.. use only what you get with VB.
- The enabled and disabled fields are once that will show up in the search results grid in GREY and represent the item not being in the specified location. AKA its out.

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

| I have considerable experience in writing this type of Database application in Visual Basic and am very comfortable with your requirements. I am very excited to begin work on this project.
As an MCSD, I have advanced knowledge of both the Visual Basic ADO (ActiveX Data Objects) interfaces and the specific functions applicable to Access. I have successfully completed several databases of this nature and would be very happy to add you to my list of satisfied customers!

| Hi,
I have completed the entire project to your specifications as origionally posted on the bid and will upload the modified project immediately on reception of your authorisation. I have used an extra field (Enabled: Boolean) in the Database in order to easily track the enabled/disabled status of a record.
I have attached screenshots of all of the windows in the project so that you can verify them. I have not included the screenshot for the Search form as it requires modifications based on your updated bid.
I will be able to upload the final version of the project as soon as you accept my bid.
