Use of a third party component is acceptable. For this, I want 2 parts to it. The first part is the settings where I choose the file name where the text file containing information is located. The second part would just open up the text file specified that is tab delimited where the left column would be the image file and the right column would be the new text file. Another part for the settings would be the IP information for my server (IP address, and port). And what message it will send to the server and the message to receive from the server before closing out of the application. The purpose of that part is so my server would know when its completed. This should grab all the text. The OCR rate should be as close to 99 percent accuracy as possible (assuming high quality images). I want the exe file. If there are any errors, it should log the errors. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
