The spider should read the tags from the site where data are collected and insert it into rs ‘site description&' it should also be able to connect anonymsly into LDAP and retriev data form thier save it into access.mdb that function is found in microsoft outlook express and in netscape. If connected to hotmail.com with my browser it should be able to also read the e-mail addresses. it should also go in background mode while I am connected to the internet and collect the data needed. An icon for ms internet explorer is a must so that the back ground mode can be turned on while being online. I guess about 4-6 weeks, just like u've sed before. I have big(really big) experience in this type of applications(gathering data from the web sites) so, creation of this applicaton will not be hard. The only reason for taking this amout of time, is that I need to create GUI of Outlook. Regards.
