(this means that we can have multiple levels, eg, country managers responsible for territory managers who are in turn responsible for sales managers. Distributors may be assigned to country or territory managers. Distributors may further be responsible for their own resellers. I should be able to link partners from one level to another, and assign access rights and permissions based on the level defined). - Reports on customers, sales forecast Partners / customers, on logging in, based on their permissions, will be able to access - Marketing Materials - Case Studies, Brochures, White Papers - Generate Quotation - from price list stored in MSSQL database - Pipeline Management - View prospect pipeline, change status of prospects within pipeline, for himself and /or partners/customers under his charge - Run Reports - Sales forecast reports for himself, and / or partners / customers under his charge. System should run under Apache (both windows or linux) and support MSSQL and MySQL. If this is not possible, the Windows platform is preferred. Coders who have built such systems before and can expand on the features here will be preferred. Once awarded, design specifications will be required before commencing work. Security of the system is crucial, and the system should be expandable and allow for adding of new features in future. The design document should specify how this can be achieved. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
