Description:
I need a VB bas file that contains a method for getting the system's volume, setting the system's volume (that does not change the balance back to center at the same time -- very important), and provides for muting/un-muting the volume. The range for the get and set volume should be 0 - 100.
Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Win95/98/NT/2000/Me/XP
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.

Hello,
Attached is a demo that fulfils your requirements. The interface is very simple. I've not included an installer cause surely you already have the VB runtimes in your PC.
*Note, when you set the volume to 0, the balance is lost (that's, centered). This makes sense and of course, the Windows volume application does the same.
My source code is ready in a .bas module.
Hope to hear from you soon.
DEN!
