Description:
I am looking for someone to design a logo for my company. We have developed technology for group messaging (Mobile messaging using SMS, WAP, MMS) and we need a logo for the company and for the product. Using our product you can send SMS messages to groups of people. We are targeting our product toward the youth market so we need the logo to be very eye-catchy at the same time very professional because we will be using it as our company's logo. THE LOGO MUST BE VERY SIMPLE. as an example you can check: www.cingular.com www.upoc.com www.opentv.com We do not want any complicated images. The name of the company is "GroupSnap". WE MUST INCORPORATE THE COMPANY NAME IN THE LOGO. Pls submit to me your suggested concepts so I can see. Then once I select the designer, we can fine-tune the logo a bit to finalize it.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
