Description:
What I would like is a page with a script (java?) that works like a commercial.
A user goes to this page, and sees the html of the add. The add is not important and can be just filler for the project. At the top of the page will be a grapchic that has blinking led's like somthing is loading or the page is doing somthing. After x seconds (configurable) the icon will dissapear and an "contunue" link will appear. I would also like a 2nd peice of code that will check to make sure a page is being accessed from the page with the scripts (so no one can book mark the 'inside' page.
Yahoo! is now doing this. I see it when I go to the website and then click games, login in then press the pool link.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation notes and documentation.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Prefer generic code that work with most popular servers. NT and unix/linux.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

One of the things that are missing is 'At the top of the page will be a grapchic that has blinking led's like somthing is loading or the page is doing somthing'. It can be done, but I recommend you to keep it this way - clean, that is. The reasoning goes like that- if we have something moving or blinking at the top of the page, it may well distract the user from the ad, and this is not what we want, do we?
If you choose my bid, we'll discuss modifications and later I'll give you configuration instructions along with the scripts.
