Complete copyrights to all work to be the property of the buyer.i will need a non-disclosuer-agreement and a non-competition-agreement before work can begin on this project. this project will have a completion time of 14 days total (2 weeks) after receipt of documentation. i would prefer a coder with a college degree and-or certification as the last coder could not complete the project after almost 100 days.
