Description:
Write a program to print a transcript after computing the Course Average which is: (.30 x programAverage x 5 + 0.10 x quizAverage x 10 +0.15 x test1 +0.15 x test2 + 0.30 x finalExam)
....for a student enrolled in a computer science class. Use the following percentages: Programs=30%,Quizzes=10%,Test1=15%, Test2=15%,Final Exam=%30
INPUT: User prompted to enter student's name, grade of each program(0-20), scores of ea. Quiz(0-10), & grades for the 2 tests and Final Exam (0-100). 3 Program grades and 3 Quiz grades.
Process: Assign letter grades using normal standard: 90-100=A, 80-89=B,etc..make comments by ea. grade(A=EXC, B=Good..)
