Description:
Extract web page data and update Ms Access database per specification.
Details:
"Sector" page contain multiple "Industries" listing. Each reference of the Industry above is another web page which contains "companies" listing.

Deliverables:
Extract all info for each sector, its industries and each companies and load to Ms Access database using following table structure:
Sector Table: SectorID, SectorDesc, + all columns listed on web page
Industry table:
IndustryID, SectorID, IndustryDesc, + all columns listed on web page
Company table:
Ticker, IndustryID, CompanyName, + all columns listed on web page
IMPORTANT:
If there is already existing sector, industry, or company, code needs to update. If there is new sector or industry, code needs to insert. Likewise, if they are no longer there, remove!
You can use vb inet control or wininet.api
Deliverables must be accompanied by the Ms Access database, with a class module and the following requirement for variable names:
LOCAL VARIABLES
i - integer
ii - long
s - string
b - boolean
d - date
n - single
nn - double
MODULE VARIABLES
Use underscore after the letter(s), ie, module boolean variable is b_Completed whereas local to sub-routine will be bCompleted.
And use OPTION EXPLICIT
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
VB6 ON ALL WINDOWS 98 TO WINDOWS XP.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Jun 27, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
