This will be a fairly decent sized project so I've got to make sure I can give exact details of what I want in my bid request and job description when I post it. That's where you come in. I need to run my idea by you. I need you to be a free thinker with innovative ideas and help me get together what language is best suited to build the software in, the flow of the software, potential problems I may run in to, how to get around them and what the end product should be able to do. This job will require at least 15 to 18 hours of your time for chat and research. Consulting can be done over the phone or by AOL instant messenger. There will be to many questions and answers to do it back and forth by email. The end result of this work will be a exact description written by you of what research was preformed, what this project will require, how it will work, potential problems, ways around them and what language it should be written in. My work hours are 9 to 5 EST. You will need to be available during that time. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
