This isn't as straight fwd as it sounds, so please only bid if you are sure you know how to do it. If your solution requires external DLLs or anything other than pure Delphi code please state this in your bid. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
