Most of the work I believe is already done, but the person that worked on it originally said it would take a few hours and it has been 17 days, so they have been fired from the project. The router and the IPs are set up, the web sites are set up, qmail has been installed instead of sendmail, I can provide more specific details if needed. The popmail has not been set up and I need that done. We want to use the server primarily as a "list server" to send messages to our opt-in lists, and I believe those functions have been set up, but we need to retrieve undeliverables to keep our lists clean, and we do not have that function. I understand that this job is pretty remedial to someone that knows what they are doing. We prefer to work with someone in the US or North America, and would like to be able to have telephone contact. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
