Description:
I am creating a small Database using Microsoft Access that will track equipment issued to personnel. It has been a couple years since I have used Access and I'm looking for someone to provide guidence in the areas that I'm lacking.
There are currently two paper forms that have been used to document what has been issued in the past. This is what the database will be created from.
This should be a very easy project for you to help me with. I would also like to transfer the work back and forth so you will need a high speed Internet connection. I will be using Messenger and email as the two main forms of communication. I will be working on it during the weekdays and possibly this weekend from 8am to 3pm Pacific Standard Time.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Microsoft Access 2000, 2002
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Jun 13, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hello, 'Walker'. I would love to help you out with this project... Not only with the design, but in helping you to understand the choices and the how-to.
I'm available during the days and have the high-speed connections that you desire.
I've been using Access since version 1.0 over 10 years ago. I helped Microsoft in the early days to test the program (they had free tech support to help work out the kinks and learn users' needs) I would prefer to help develop your solution in Access 2000.
I just completed an Access project for another buyer that also has some Access knowledge like you.. I enjoyed working with him and explaining some of the concepts. He gave encouraging RAC feedback on the project.
