It is written in VB 4. I want it to be updated to the current versions of VB so that it works with windows 200/xp normally. The original program is only 5 mbs. This program is to have the same exact functions as the original with the exception we want to include a anti-piracy cd in drive requirment. The program will only run when a CD with the program is in the drive. We will provide the original source code to be modified. An NDA will need to be signed by anyone who is awarded this bid. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
