There should be 2 executables. The first one would use the settings and create thumbnails of the images using a text file in the settings. Once the program was completed, then it would delete the text file and exit. When running it, it would look for the text file. If the text file wsa not found, it would record it into a log with the date and time it was not able to do so. If there was a problem where it was not successful, instead of displaying the runtime error, putting it into a log. The text file should be tab delimited. The first column is the source and the second column would be the path of the thumbnail. The second one would be the settings program where a person decides what the name of the text file would be. It would also show a label showing the path of the file is so they would know the file it was looking for. The settings would also be where a person can choose where the log file should be. The log file would record all errors. Should be in a format to make it easy to parse so I could put that in a database. The settings should also allow input where a person can choose the width and height of the image. Finally, sample code for running the automatically running the program from another program. Deliverables: The executable program only. This should use the Imgx component.
