1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Hi Alejandro,
I'm bidding a very low amount on this project as I have already done the work (I do it for the fun of it, and hopefully for a good rating), although I do still have to produce your IPO reports.
You can expect to get extremely high quality work - and the commenting will be excellent.
See the .htm & .bat file I've attached to get an idea of what I will deliver, binary-wise. You will need to have JRE 1.4.1 (I use 1.4.1_02) installed to get these to run.
P.S. How come so many of your accepted bids are for $13? I hope it's lucky for me... :)
