This will need to include a good looking header created with the graphics program of your choice (flash, photoshop, etc). The website will be a place for people to learn the Java programming language. There will be a lot of tutorials and information, so there will need to be a navigation bar of some kind. Either on the top, or on the side. All I need is a template, I will fill in all the site content myself. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
