Description:
I need the following program written. It needs to look like a beginner worked it out.
When it's finished, I need it to be in a format that I can just copy and paste it into Borland version 5.02 and compile and run it. The only header files that can be used are:
#include<iomanip.h>
#include<iostream.h>
#include<math.h>
and
#include<conio.h>
Purpose: to use the "for" statement.
Assignment: Write a program to calculate the increasing value of an annuity investment. The investment is a $1,000 deposit per year beginning with the first deposit. The output is to be a table with column and row labels. Display one line of output for each different annual interest rate from 6% to 12% in 1% increments. Each line of output will show the interest rate and the investment value at the end of 5, 10, 15, and 20 years not including the new deposit that is due.
Also, change this to a user specified fixed monthly deposit amount of up to $500 per month with interest compounded monthly at the rates given above divided by 12. Still display the annual rate in the output.
Run the program to test that it operates as intended, and paste sample output into your source code in a comment block following your program. Print the C++ source code complete with this output.
Needed:
1. C++ source code with complete sample output copied and pasted at the bottom of your source code in a comment block
2. Include appropriate blank lines, indentation and comment statements in your source code.
Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Special Conditions / Other:
I need it as soon as possible, I have a deadline of Tuesday morning.
