Description:
1.
I need two reports done. This can be done using the data report designer, but NOT crystal reports. It also can be done using vb6 and creating a report of your own.
1.Need a CRR report. This is a customer retention report.
This measures how effecive a staff memeber is at getting repeat business. It is calculated by the number of total session perfomed divided by the total number of individual clients seen during a period rage of time.. For example, Joe therapist performs 30 massage sessions from 1/1/03 to 3/30/03 and only sees 15 clients during that timer. His CRR would be 2.00 which means he is averaging 2 sessions per client.
An average score would be 1.50 and this helps to identify which staff members need additional training if they score at or below average.
I would need the score, and the average.
2. Need a report which will show the total services sold by the servicename and Service ID# by a range of dates. Need to group the services together so that I can get an idea of the amount of say 30 min massages sold compared to 15 min massages sold. So for instance, I can look up only 30 min massages and see how many I sold during any period of time and print a report of this. ie,Range of dates.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) and complete source code of all work done.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Must be done in vb6 Only!
Windows 98 ME Xp 2000
Cannot use Crystal reports or any third party controls, unless it's something you created and can give the code to.
I will provide the database as reqested to the coder, which is access 2000. The program does NOT use the DE, so please do not attempt to add this to the project. The functions can be encapsulated in the reports.
