Description:
I need help with a school project, since I don't plan on being a programmer I feel this is way beyone me, but a requirement of my degree.
It is a 4 part project. I need to submit each part weekly BEFORE the whole finished project has to be submitted.
Begin to build the Contact Management System
PART I: Create a Microsoft Access database with the following fields: <<<<<<<<<Due JUNE 4th>>>>>>>>>>
ID Number
Date Added
Last Name
First Name and Middle Initial
Address (2 lines)
City
State
ZIP Code
Telephone Number 1
Telephone Number 2
Fax Number
E-mail Address
Index the database on the ID Number and Last Name + First Name, so that the database can be searched by ID or Name.
Write a Visual Basic program that can add, update, and delete records in the Microsoft Access database.
Part II DUE <<<<<<<<June 11th>>>>>>>>>
Add the following fields:
Lead Source
Next appointment (time, day of week, date, place, purpose)
A notes area
Pick state&'s two-letter abbreviation from list of states.
Pick lead source from a list (radio, TV, magazine ad, 1-800, etc.).
Print a report by date or range of dates with the following detail:
Name
Next appointment (time, day of week, date, place, purpose).
Add a menu.
Add the following functionality to the Contact Management System from Workshop Three:
PART III: <<<<<<<<<Due JUNE 18th>>>>>>>
Do not allow overlapping appointments.
Allow searching by Name or Next Appointment Date.
Update menu.
PART IV: DUE <<<<<<JUNE 25th>>>>>>
Enter ZIP codes and bring up City and State (use a database of 20 possible ZIP codes).
Add a calculator and a calendar.
Update menu.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) MUST be submitted in 4 parts as per requirements listed above.
