Description:
I have an exe created using vb5. I want to be able to pass the exe to another computer, edit the app through a module, and pass it along to yet another computer. I can do this as long as each pc has vb5 or greater(or updated dependencies pre-installed) But is there a way I can include the dependencies within my exe to register at runtime. Basically, I am looking for a setup program/installer built within my app.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

I can make a setup program for you. There is no way to include the dependencies within your exe. It has to be a setup program. Please contact me if you have any question.
