Description:
I have been hired by a local small lawyer to update his web site. He wants a few specific things that I don't know how to do - but I'm hoping you do. There are really two parts to this. The most important being that you need to be able to create this and I need to be able to go into my XP Front Page and either cut and paste or add your code. The first thing I need is a little area on the screen - like a square or something maybe a few inches by a few inches of the screen (see http://www.mwe.com) - and it should have a unique background design and I need to be able to have words change (like fade in, fade out) with a bunch of things this lawyer wants to advertise. 2nd, he'd like a box that people can click to add themselves to a mailing list. Please let me know if this is hard to do. Thank you.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
This is stricly a website desgin... it should run from either Internet Explorer or other popular browsers.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.
