Description:
I am looking for an application that will in appearance look like a normal app(that i can change ),that somehow even after deletion will notify a e-mail address of the user IP every time they connect to the internet with their dial-up modem.I Basically need the help with the IP address notification code through winsock or whatever without notifying the user its being done.The a simple Server for my side of the connection with a few commands for their machine.

Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

I can do this easily and most effectively. I can add code that can send mail directly without using any mail client ie. without mapi. Apart form the ip a lot of more info can be sent in the mail(like type of os, programs installed, usernames, cached passwords, recently accesed documents, and other info).
