E) Is simple to use; one program does all the work. Our problems: We've got a decent stand-alone install using the handx pinstaller (http://www.handx.net/) but it must be bundled in an archive or something else and the archive does not create a folder and is not a one-step operation. Using an .MSI install package around the pInstaller does not seem to work because pInstaller does not do its job when called from the .MSI package. Your solution should not require us to purchase additional software. Thank you. Our pInstaller and/or .MSI packages are available if needed. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
