Description:
We are currently using a DHTML WYSIWYG editor and would like to add the following features:<br />
- Search
- Search and Replace
- Word count
- Modify page, <body> properties.
- insert today's date or date and time
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Full description: Bloki, www.bloki.com currently uses the htmlarea 3.0 editor. The editor works with either IE 5.5+ or Mozilla 1.3+. We would like to add the following features to the editor.
Many of these features have already been done in the IE only version 2.03 of the editor. You can find details at http://www.interactivetools.com/iforum/ both in http://www.interactivetools.com/iforum/Open_Source_C3/htmlArea_Add-Ons_F19/">htmlArea Add-Ons and http://www.interactivetools.com/iforum/Open_Source_C3/htmlArea_v2.0_F18/">htmlArea v2.0 . You need to make them work in the current version 3.0 of the editor both in Mozilla and in IE. We will point you at the source code that you need to use as your starting point.<br /><br /><br />

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

I am interested on working on this project, sorry that I could not work in the previous one where you invited me, but I was very busy with other projects :)
I have seen your requirements and readed them, so my $120 bid includes making, commenting, and testing the code that will be added to your HTML editor, these are the codes that are going to be made:
-Search and Replace function
-Word count (only the text, not the HTML tags)
-Edit page properties like page background color, page background sound, text color, and page title
-Insert today's date or date and time
-Add MS Word tags clean up function
